2.  Consultation Terms

During the consultation, clients will receive personalized immigration advice tailored to their unique circumstances. Within three business days following the appointment, a detailed written report summarizing the discussion, including potential immigration pathways and next steps, will be provided. Clients are required to acknowledge receipt of this report upon delivery.

We encourage clients to provide feedback on the consultation and report, as it helps us continuously improve our services. A feedback link will be provided alongside the report for your convenience.

Consultation Fee and Credit
The consultation fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service agreement with Garrido Canadian Immigration Services Inc. if the client retains our services for their immigration process.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made via email at info@garridoimmigration.ca.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 1-time reschedule may be permitted.
No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing notice, the full session fee will be charged.
Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. In case of sudden illness or other genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Pre-Assessment:
Individuals who complete the pre-assessment form without booking a consultation will only receive general information. This general information does not constitute legal advice, a detailed case evaluation, or a guarantee of eligibility. Garrido Canadian Immigration Services Inc. is not liable for any decisions made based on general information provided in these circumstances.

3. Intellectual Property

a. All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
